South Korea's Vice Foreign Minister Lim Sung-nam shakes hands with Tanzanian Foreign Minister Augustine Mahiga in Dar es Salaam on July 22, 2018, after signing an agreement to waive visa requirements for diplomats and government-related officials traveling between the two countries. The accord was signed during South Korean Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon's visit to Tanzania.
