Biggest quake hits S. Korea

Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn visits Cheomseongdae, a 1,300-year-old astronomical observatory, in Gyeongju, some 370 kilometers southeast of Seoul, on Sept. 13, 2016, after a 5.8-magnitude earthquake struck the historic city the previous night. It was the strongest quake ever recorded in South Korea but caused no serious injuries or damage.
